Programs

1-on-1 Training

Custom programming built around your goals, your body, and your schedule. Gym-based or outdoor sessions in Squamish.

Strength, mobility, and nutrition coaching.

Small Group

Train with 4-6 women who push each other. The accountability of a team, the attention of a coach.

Morning and evening sessions available.

Online Coaching

Full programming, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins — wherever you are. Built for busy lives.

App-based tracking and video support.

Prenatal & Postnatal

Safe, effective training through pregnancy and recovery. Stay strong for yourself and your baby. Modified programming for every trimester and the fourth trimester too.

Get Hot for Your Husband

The signature 12-week transformation. Strength, nutrition, and mindset — build the version of yourself that turns your own head in the mirror. Bold, fun, and results-driven.

Adventure Retreats

Weekend retreats in the Sea-to-Sky that combine strength training, trail hiking, nutrition workshops, and real conversation. Small groups, big mountains, zero phones.
